Why not join our informal weight loss club? Starts on Tuesday 5th February at 7:30pm. Then every Tuesday, same time.
Once we register you (takes two secs) you'll be given a booklet to keep track. We'll record it too.
After you've been weighed you're free to relax and enjoy in the company of other like minded souls. If you have some suggestions and tips we'd be delighted to hear them.
