The Committee have been working on updating the Club's constitution since it was first mentioned by Members at our Half Yearly Meeting back in September 2015.

We realise that such an important document could never be pushed through and passed.  We set out to slowly update it, satisfy ourselves it was right before giving out sample documents of Draft 5 to a few Members for comments and feedback.

​

It was then formally presented at our Half Yearly Meeting on 13th September 2017.

A series of dates will be undertaken, in the form of Workshops.  From these meetings we intend to work through any questions and highlight the changes we're wishing to introduce.

The Clubs Foundation Rules and our core values have not been altered.

The Document was approved on Wednesday 14th March 2018 at our Annual General Meeting.

26 Members voted in favour to adopt the new Constitution.  The meeting consisted of 47.
